To better serve you, please have the following available when calling to place orders.
• Account & Project Name.
• The Date & Time of your pour.
• Job-site address and directions.
• Amount of concrete needed and your spacing if multiple loads are required.
• Description of your project: i.e., interior or exterior pour; driveway, patio, step or other.
• Mix design and/or Strength, along with required slump.
• Extra products and Admixtures. (i.e., Fiber, Accelerators, Color, retarder, high range water reducer)
• Purchase order and/or a Job number.
• New York State Department of Transportation D/Project Number if required.
• Will your order be placed on Will Call or would you prefer to confirm it now.
• Telephone numbers where you may be reached and/ or a contact name and number on site.
